    I was very skeptical of this product, but my hot flashes were getting ridiculously severe so I needed to try something.   • Worth it for the Hot Flashes

    I can sleep again! I wasn’t getting hot flashes or the other symptoms, but would wake up throughout the night and couldn’t go back to sleep. Now I don’t. I’m 46 and still take low dose birth control, but it doesn’t help with sleep. I contacted my doc to see if I could talk both and they said it was fine and would likely help with my sleep . Also, my eyebrows are thicker 3 months in. Very happy with the supplement and will continue taking.
